Jenny, I regularly reflect on how lucky I was to work with you for those years at Victim Support. You were a mentor for me, and I still try to emulate your perfect balance of professional, unflappable and wise, but topping all these was the warmth and care you showed to us all. You remain a huge influence in my life and were a true friend when I needed one, I will never forget your kindness. Or how much you loved to laugh!
